Store Policies

Items purchased at USA Screen Printing & Embroidery/ House of Bedlam may be returned within 90 days of purchase for exchange or store credit or within 30 days for a refund. With the original receipt, items will be returned for the full purchase price and refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Without original receipt, items will be returned at the lowest advertised price and refunds will be issued as store credit to a HOB gift card. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund.

Clothing or articles that were purchased from USA Screen Printing & Embroidery/ House of Bedlam cannot be returned if items were worn, washed, stained, or full of foreign order.

No refunds and/or returns on pre-game merchandise after game date.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges if product goes on sale after item has been purchased. Sale is final at that original purchased price on receipt.
